Shipping & Returns
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds for change of mind, selection error or found the goods at a cheaper price elsewhere.
To ensure you have selected the correct size we recommend you carefully preview all our garment sizing guides here before adding them to your shopping cart & proceeding with your order.
If you find that your product is not what you ordered, faulty or damaged in transport, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email to email@example.com and quote your order number and we will arrange to have it repaired or if it cannot be repaired, we will organize a replacement.
Your order can be cancelled as long as it has not been sent for picking in our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
If you order an incorrect size, we will happily exchange the item if returned by you at your cost within 7 days of delivery. Please note that freight will be charged to send the correct sized garment out to you. Alternatively we are happy for you to return and pick up the new garment in person at our warehouse in Wetherill Park.
All returned items must be returned in the original packaging, must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags and labels intact.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery of the product via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish make arrangements to exchange your item(s). A proof of purchase will be required.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Once the returned items are received by our warehouse, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. We will refund you the same way you paid. Clearance processing times may vary on refunds please check with your financial institution.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Once your order has been placed and proceed, we estimate 5-7 business days for the shipping and delivery.
Our main shipping carriers are Australia Post & Fast Ways (Aramex).
Pick Up Process
If you select to pick up from our warehouse you will be notified by text message when your order is ready for collection, we estimate 1-2 business days for the picking and packing of goods. Please note hours of pick up are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Out of Stock
If you the item you are after is out of stock please check back in a couple of days as we are always manufacturing more. Alternatively please contact us to find out a date for when it will be available.
